SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Extended abstracts must be written in English and in accordance with the template given.

Length: 800-1000 words.

Structure must include the ff: Abstract, Keywords (3-5), Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any), References.

Format: Times New Roman, font size 12, single-spaced.

Identify the presenting author if there are multiple authors.

Submissions must present original research; work already published or under review in other conferences or journals with formal proceedings will not be accepted. Submissions previously presented only as abstracts, posters, orally, or in non-archival formats (such as workshops or symposia without proceedings) are acceptable.

Submission must be completed through the conference's online submission portal.

All submissions undergo a blind peer review.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email.

Once accepted, participants may proceed with registration and attach their proof of payment.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Oral Presentation: 10-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q & A.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Posters must be 0.75 meters width x 1.4 meters height, portrait orientation, and written in English.

Content should include title, author/s, institution, introduction, methodology, results, conclusion, and key implications.

Use clear visuals (charts, graphs, images) and ensure text is readable from at least 1 meter away (minimum 24 pt font size).

Recyclable or eco-friendly tarpaulin is strongly encouraged

Posters should be removed immediately after the session.

At least one author must be present during the session to provide a 2–3-minute overview and answer questions.
Important: Author/s who will serve as presenter/s must click the speaker icon on the submission portal to confirm their role. Failing to do so may prevent submission from proceeding.
